Construction is set to begin at Rickenbacker Exchange at Commercial Point in May 2021. Building 1194 sets on 90 ± acres and will be up to 1,194,865 SF. Equipped with 120  (9’x10’) dock doors; 136 future dock doors could be added including 25 future dock doors on the east end wall.

Construction on Building 1022 is set to complete in July 2021 while being 100% pre-leased to a Fortune 500 Company.
